Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)

NRCS stands for the Natural Resources Conservation Service. It is a federal agency under the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

The NRCS partners with farmers, ranchers, and private landowners to conserve soil, water, and other natural resources. These projects are very common in our mountain communities and have made a huge impact in the overall fire fuel reduction efforts that protect our homes, infrastructure, ecosystems and economy.

Essentially it is an assistance program that provides land owners with the necessary funds to properly clear overgrown, unmanaged and unhealthy land resulting in healthy, accessible, fire resilient land.

We have successfully completed many NRCS projects, and consider ourselves experts at proper execution and adherence to the strict guidelines required by the program.

The choice is yours to choose your contractor, and we would love to be the company that you select to handle your NRCS grant! 1 acre or 100s we can professionally and efficiently handle your project. Visit our “Before and After” page to see some of our work!
